The wire comes in two sections for fast deployment: the primary (~32 ft.) covers 20 and 10 meters; add the secondary wire via quick connector for 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters.

Deployment
See diagrams in listing photos. Raise the far end as high as practical, connect ground or counterpoise, attach coax, and run as a sloper. Also works as an inverted-L, vertical, V, zigzag, or similar. Radiation is somewhat directional and mostly in-line with the wire. A counterpoise is optional; there is extensive published guidance on EFHW counterpoises, including AA5TB’s notes. Designed for portable use, and also workable as a low-power base antenna. When a dipole or tuner is impractical, this is a fast, lightweight alternative.
